Chris Burns a serial entrepreneur, is the founder of IDC Partners, Intern U, and bPartners, serving as the chairman of Intern U. Chris Burns' continual dedication to his 3C Philosophy, "take care of the customer, take care of the company, and the cash will come", has attributed to his business success and proven track record. Prior to Chris forming IDC Partners in 1991, he led AT&T's Computer Systems, Network Sales Division Team in sales for two years. Chris has sold approximately 135 million dollars worth of services in his 17 year, entrepreneurial career. A finalist in the 1999, 2000 Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, 40 under 40 Philadelphia Business Journal and MS 50 Leadership award recipient, he currently serves as Board member and Technology Chairman for the Philadelphia Police Athletic League (PAL). Chris is active in the United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Pennsylvania chapter and is an adjunct professor at West Chester University teaching an entrepreneurial leadership class. He attended West Chester University with a major in Marketing and a minor in Computer Science.

Ginnie Stouffer is a bPartners executive that serves as the VP of Consulting and Director of the Business Continuity Planning Practice for IDC Partners. Ginnie brings a proven track record in applying technology to business needs with over twenty five years of experience in hands on management of IT. She has broad experience in merger/acquisition and IT integration, IT infrastructure, data center design, build out and operations, asset management, and desktop services. Ginnie's diverse background has provided a strong foundation for her work in developing, auditing and supporting business continuity plans. Ginnie has been trained by Strohl Systems on their L.D.R.P.S. and BIA products and has used these products extensively in her business continuity work as a user and as a consultant. Ginnie is one of 115 professionals in the world that holds a Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) certification. She is also recognized as a Member, Business Continuity Institute of the UK (M.B.C.I). Ginnie is married with 4 children and currently resides is Lansdale, PA.

Tiffany Johnson is the Vice President of Marketing for bPartners, IDC Partners, and the Intern U. Tiffany joined IDC Partners in 1998 and is responsible for all three companies' marketing activity that includes creating awareness in the marketplace, implementing strategies to generate new opportunity, leveraging industry partnerships, and developing programs to retain clients. Tiffany has provided marketing consultation to IDC clients, freelance projects based in Chicago, New Jersey, and Boston, in addition to serving a marketing advisory role to other Philadelphia area businesses. Her background includes project management, sales, human resources, event planning, public relations, creative design, and strategic planning experience. Tiffany is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a dual degree in English and Communications. She currently resides in West Conshohocken, PA.

Bob Feehery is a bPartners executive that serves as the Director of the Business Process Excellence Practice for IDC Partners. Bob is the consulting leader responsible for IDC Partners' historical success in service delivery and has been with the company since 1991. His innovative approach has played an integral role in the development of methodologies to ensure service delivery accountability and streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency. Through his tenure at IDC Partners, Bob has transitioned through various roles from Service Department Manager to Systems Engineer, Project Manager, Infrastructure Practice Director, and finally to his current role, Director of the Business Process Excellence Practice. Bob has a broad based experience in all facets of operational support for various client partners. His experience with companies in the healthcare, financial services and communications markets provides a solid foundation to support our partners by delivering methodology-based operational support, leveraging defined metrics and standards to improve performance. Bob is a graduate of LaSalle College with a BS in Sociology. He currently resides in Phoenixville, PA.

Brendan Donnelly is the controller for IDC Partners, bPartners, and Intern U. He began with IDC Partners in 2001 as assistant controller and today directs the organization's financial planning and accounting practices as well as manages key relationship with leading institutions, shareholders, and the financial community. Additionally, Brendan manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the three organizations. Brendan attended St. Joseph University and currently resides in Springfield, PA.
